Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Simply Folded regarding their account and laundry services. Messages may include pickup confirmations and reminders, driver updates, order-status notifications, processing updates, ready-for-delivery notifications, delivery confirmations, payment-related service notices, and customer-support communications.
