Simply Folded Services

Simply Folded provides membership-based laundry pickup and delivery services and may offer additional laundry-related services. Service availability, pickup windows, delivery windows, laundry-processing options, membership benefits, weight allowances, additional services, and pricing may vary by location and membership.

Memberships and Payments

Membership charges are billed according to the membership plan selected by the customer. Memberships may include a defined amount of laundry by weight during each billing period.

Laundry exceeding the included membership allowance may be subject to an overage charge at the rate disclosed for the applicable membership.

Additional services requested or confirmed for an order may result in additional charges.

By maintaining a membership and requesting Simply Folded services, you authorize Simply Folded and its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for applicable membership fees, overage charges, confirmed additional services, taxes where applicable, and other authorized charges.

Applicable prices, allowances, overage rates, and other charges will be displayed or otherwise disclosed during the membership or order-processing experience.

Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information and reasonable access to the designated service location.

Pickup and delivery windows may be affected by traffic, weather, customer availability, routing, service capacity, processing requirements, building access, or other circumstances outside Simply Folded's reasonable control.

Customers should ensure that laundry is properly prepared for pickup and that pickup areas are safe and reasonably accessible to Simply Folded personnel or service providers.

Laundry Processing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate laundry preferences and identifying items requiring special handling when requested.

Certain garments or materials may require special care, additional charges, separate approval, or may not be appropriate for standard laundry processing.

Simply Folded may decline to process any item that presents a safety, contamination, equipment, or operational risk.

Specialty and Excluded Items

Standard membership allowances are intended for normal, machine-washable laundry. Certain items may be excluded from standard membership processing or priced separately, including:

• oversized comforters, blankets, or bulky bedding;
• rugs, floor mats, or rubber-backed mats;
• dry-clean-only garments or textiles;
• items requiring specialized stain restoration, pressing, alterations, or non-standard processing;
• textiles contaminated with hazardous materials, chemicals, bodily fluids, biohazards, or unsafe substances;
• clinical, regulated, or potentially biohazardous textiles.

If Simply Folded is able to accommodate a specialty request, applicable pricing and handling requirements may be disclosed before processing.

SMS Messaging Terms

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Simply Folded relating to their account and laundry services.

Messages may include pickup confirmations and reminders, driver updates, order-status notifications, processing updates, ready-for-delivery notifications, delivery confirmations, payment-related service notices, and customer-support communications.

Cancellations, Credits, and Refunds

Membership cancellations, service credits, refunds, rescheduling, and related adjustments are subject to the policies disclosed by Simply Folded in connection with the applicable membership or service and any requirements imposed by applicable law.

A requested membership change, cancellation, service change, or billing adjustment is not considered complete until it has been processed or confirmed by Simply Folded.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use Simply Folded services for unlawful purposes or submit items that create an unreasonable health, safety, contamination, legal, or operational risk to employees, drivers, laundry partners, customers, facilities, vehicles, or equipment.

Service Providers

Simply Folded may use independent service providers, technology providers, payment processors, messaging providers, delivery personnel, laundry-processing partners, or other operational partners to help provide its services.

Service Availability

Simply Folded does not guarantee that every service, membership, pickup window, delivery window, specialty request, or service location will be available at all times. We may modify service areas, scheduling availability, processing options, or operational procedures when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simply Folded will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Changes to These Terms

Simply Folded may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
